The Essential Fitness product and program line has been recommended and used by numerous world class athletes, as well as thousands of health conscious clients of nutritionist and trainer’s trainer, David Spindel. David lost his battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in February 2013. To keep his legacy going his wife, Pam Spindel and daughter, Sarah Spindel are continuing his journey.
