Q: Will it hurt?
A: Dentistry has come a long way over the years and we are able to provide care in very comfortable manner. Dr. Morris emphasizes gentle dentistry and has made it a priority to learn and practice the best ways to numb an area. Most patients feel little or nothing during the injection.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: Monday 9:00-6:00
Tuesday 8:00-5:00
Wednesday 8:00-5:00
Thursday 9:00-6:00
We don’t usually make appointments for Fridays but we are in the office and are available for emergencies.

Q: I’m in pain, can I come in right away?
A: We try to treat anyone in pain as soon as possible. We will try to fit you in and even if we are unable to perform full treatment we will do our best to ease your pain as fast as we can.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Simply call our office at (330) 455-7613 and talk to our receptionist.

Q: Will my insurance cover it?
A: We accept most major dental plans. There are too many to list here, so just call our office and talk to us, we’ll walk you through it.

Q: Will I be made to feel guilty for not taking care of my teeth?
A: Not at all. We’re just glad that you’re trying to get help. We’ll look at your teeth and explain to you all the options that you have and then decide together how best to provide you with the treatment that you need.

Q: My denture/partial has been damaged; can I get it repaired today?
A: Most repairs can be done in the office but some more complicated repairs require that we send out to a lab for best results. If you are able to get us the denture early enough in the day, it can usually be finished for you by the afternoon.

Q: What dental plans do you accept?
A: We are providers for Aultcare, Delta Dental, Concordia, Humana, and Superior. We accept all traditional indemnity plans. Please check your plan closely, to make sure that it is not restrictive as to whom you can see. Most companies offer both types, so it is impossible for us to know which kind you have without research. Check your benefits booklet for more information.

Q: Do you have payment plans?
A: Your portion is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For estimated out of pocket expenses totaling more than $300, we are pleased to offer Care Credit, which allows up to 12 months with no interest to qualified patients. We offer a 10% courtesy, to self-pay patients who pay with cash or check and 8% courtesy for credit cards.

Q: Do I need to have my teeth cleaned?
A: Clean teeth are vital for your health and happiness at any stage in life. If you are young, it’s important to keep your teeth clean and strong so that you will have them your entire life. If you are older then it’s best to come in and make sure that your teeth are healthy and good to go for another year at least.

Q: Will I need x-rays?
A: We can’t say until we see you personally. It might be that we need to take x-rays so we can more accurately diagnose decay and other issues. Dr. Morris knows the concerns that many people have regarding x-rays and unnecessary exposure, so we only use low dose digital x-rays that are state of the art. It gives us all the information we need to help you, while using less than half the exposure of traditional x-rays.
