On Friday April 03, 2020 New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy orders all flags to half-staff indefinitely to honor coronavirus victims.

Six Morris County residents were charged Monday with violating emergency closure orders by entering and using facilities at a tennis and fitness club in Mendham, state authorities said.

Col. Patrick J. Callahan, superintendent of the New Jersey State Police, announced those charges and other recent enforcement actions against violators of Gov. Murphy’s Emergency Orders related to COVID-19 during Murphy’s daily press conference Tuesday in Trenton.

Jeffrey Carter, 36, Justin Kaplan, 21, Samuel Zenna, 20, Widyawati Pertusi, 47, and Deepak Kausal, 44, all of Mendham, and Richard Lee, 57, of Long Valley, were charged by the Mendham Police with opening and using The Club at Mendham.
