  1. I read in the description of this program, at this same web site, that it works with unformatted drives, so I’m really frustrated.

  2. Cluttered space. Coul have tryed to make it less complex and less windows. You need to consentrate about what you are doing, to make something move ( tween ) you have to do around 6 things or else it won’t work – making a professional flash would probably not work coz you’ve made a mistake somewhere and becuase of the cramped woprkspace it would take hours to find it!

  3. Simply put, 9.2 does not work with any or all of: Firefox, Kodak ESP5 printer, Vista, all at current software releases. It’s hard to tell with which of these Adobe 9.2 has a problem.

  4. these have got to be fake reviews, this program did very little. it ran but there wasn’t any difference. actually it seemed to reboot slower, mainly because it removed some needed files. normal everyday maintenance will do the same thing this does and it wouldn’t cost you $30.

  5. so much for free program. you have to pay 14.99 for each file type of conversion either way.

  6. Auto wolf is one of the worst programs I’ve ever purchased. It crashes my computer repeatedly and lost all the data I spent hours entering. Their support is basically useless with nothing but excuses. I installed auto wolf on a second computer and it crashes that one too. It’s full of bugs and unstable. This was a total waste of money!!

  7. It reset all my media file extensions. Boooooo!

Not enough manual output settings to optimize quality.

  8. There were several misunderstandings that have been clearly explained and solved by Acronis Support Team.

  9. For electronic versions of paper documents, reader 9 is way overkill, with the program being huge if that’s all you use.

  10. The batch feature did not work on the trial version of the software. It also did not work on the registered version. I emailed the company several times They tried to fix the problem; after a while they stopped responding. I think the registration code is bad but they won’t return my emails. Without the batch feature the software is almost useless.

  11. as an intermediate PC user, it’s too difficult for me to use…as it blocks everything, including playlists, myspace photos, etc., i was not able to get any of them back…and now i’m left with a sh*tload of recovery work to do!

  12. This is basically the worst program I’ve ever used, I recommend checking it out if you want a good laugh. Do you generally consider psychadelic, flashing anime characters to be out of place for an audio repair device? Well, whoever made this program didn’t. How about random, Matrix-esque digit displays that are constantly running even when the program is idle? Yep, it’s got that too. Basically right after installing the software I got terrified that I had installed some sort of virus because the program is *SO* messed up. The progress bars aren’t labeled at all and they don’t walk you through the process, so I stopped the program manually midway through because I got worried it was just going to delete all of my files. Add a bunch of misleading pop-up ads, a super-confusing interface and poor English, and you get a program that should just be removed from Download.com/CNET entirely.
